Spider 10 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, or network failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any additional terms or policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Spider 10 regarding the use of the Services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements.

18. Additional Terms for Paid Services

In addition to these general terms, the following terms apply to users who subscribe to any paid Services:

  • Billing:You authorize Spider 10 to charge your payment method for any recurring subscription fees or one-time payments for paid Services. All charges will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except in cases where refunds are required by law or under our refund policy.
